  • What pests and wildlife do you service?

    We handle a wide range of pests, including:

    • Insects/arthropods: ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, beetles, bed bugs, fleas, wasps, bees, earwigs, centipedes, and mosquitoes
    • Rodents & small wildlife: rats, mice, squirrels, gophers, voles, and moles
    • Wood-destroying organisms: drywood and subterranean termites, as well as fungus issues
    • Other invaders: seasonal pests, pantry pests (e.g., store-bought infestations), and occasional invaders
    • Commercial & institutional pests: tailored solutions for restaurants, offices, and industrial spaces

    ❌ What we don’t treat: bats, raccoons, possums, and other larger wildlife—these require specialized wildlife control services.

  • Do you offer financing or payment plans?

    Yes—for high-cost services or larger projects (e.g., fumigation, structural work), financing options are available. Please ask us for details.

  • Are inspections free?

    Free inspections apply to termite inspections only—and only if the home is not in escrow.


    For general pest concerns, we can often quote over the phone.

    Some inspections may be free depending on the situation, but this varies—just ask and we’ll clarify.

  • Is pest control safe for my family, pets, and plants?

    Yes. We use EPA-registered products applied according to strict label guidelines.


    Treatments are placed strategically (cracks, crevices, foundation), and we minimize exposure to non-target areas like flowering plants, water sources, and personal items.


    We may ask that people and pets avoid treated areas until they’re fully dry.

  • Do I need to be home or prepare before service?

    Being home: depends on the type of service. We’ll coordinate access with you as needed.


    Preparation: Certain treatments (like bed bugs or heavy infestations) require prep. We’ll send detailed prep sheets in advance.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx), ACH, cash, and checks.


    You can also store payment info with us for fast, secure billing after each service.

  • Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

    Yes—we are licensed through the California Structural Pest Control Board and carry all necessary insurance and bonding to protect our clients and team.

  • What’s your guarantee or warranty policy?

    All initial pest services come with a 30-day warranty. If the pests return, so do we—free of charge.

  • How long does treatment take, and when will I see results?

    Most treatments take 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the property and severity of the issue.


    You’ll usually start seeing results within the first two weeks, though some infestations may require additional visits.

  • Do you require a contract or lock anyone in?

    No contracts. We operate with service agreements for clarity, but you’re never locked in. We simply require 30 days’ notice to cancel ongoing service.
